Need help with Market Monitor Pro?

Use this page if you need help installing the scanner, activating your trial, fixing an access issue, or understanding how the scanner works.

Market Monitor Pro is an MT5 forex market scanner. It does not place trades automatically and it does not guarantee profits.


Before Contacting Support

Please check these common setup steps first:

  • Make sure you are using MetaTrader 5
  • Make sure the Market Monitor Pro file is placed in MQL5 → Experts
  • Restart MT5 after installing the file
  • Make sure Algo Trading is turned on
  • Make sure your email, licence key, and MT5 account number are entered correctly
  • Test the scanner on a demo account first

Most setup problems are caused by the file being placed in the wrong folder or Algo Trading being turned off.


Common Support Questions

I cannot see Market Monitor Pro in MT5

Open MT5 and go to:

File → Open Data Folder → MQL5 → Experts

Make sure the Market Monitor Pro file is inside the Experts folder.

Then restart MT5.

You can also right-click inside the MT5 Navigator panel and select Refresh.


The scanner is not loading

Check that Algo Trading is turned on at the top of MT5.

Also check that Market Monitor Pro has been added to a chart.


My licence or trial is not working

Please check that your details are entered exactly as provided.

This may include:

  • Email address
  • Licence key
  • MT5 account number

If one detail is incorrect, the scanner may not activate.


Does Market Monitor Pro place trades?

No. Market Monitor Pro does not open or close trades.

It is a scanner only. It helps monitor market conditions and possible setups.


Can I use Market Monitor Pro on a live account?

You should always test Market Monitor Pro on a demo account first.

Only consider using scanner information on a live account once you fully understand how it works and have your own risk management plan.
